18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of USD 250 or the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury, or gross negligence where prohibited by law.

19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of law.

20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
20.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution within sixty (60) days of written notice.
20.2 Arbitration
Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its rules, unless prohibited by applicable law.
Arbitration shall take place in Delaware, USA, or remotely, at our discretion.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs. Filing and administrative fees shall be allocated under JAMS rules.
20.3 Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of account creation by sending written notice to info@hotelistan.bg.
20.4 Small Claims
Eligible claims may be brought before small claims courts where permitted.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

22. International Users
You are responsible for complying with local laws in your jurisdiction.
We may restrict access to the Sites in certain countries.

23. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, system failures, war, or government actions.

24. Notices
We may provide notices by email, in-app message, or posting on the Sites.

25. Miscellaneous
25.1 Severability
